• All riders require a ticket
• All riders under 42”/107cm in height MUST ride on a horse seat in the first two rows, with a supervising companion 14 years of age or older standing next to them on the left side.
• Hand-held infants MUST ride on a bench seat with an adult.
• Guests over 350lbs/158kg should not ride this ride.
• Guests should not ride this ride if they have any sort of back problem, neck problem, heart problems, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, have broken bones, or have any other physical conditions that might result in injury.
• Riders must be able to independently support themselves on a seat during the ride experience and maintain proper riding position.
• All riders on a horse seat MUST ride in a sitting position, facing forward, holding onto the pole or seat with at least one hand until the ride comes to a complete stop.  
• All riders on a chariot seat must ride in a sitting position, facing forward, and remain seated until the ride comes to a complete stop.
• Riders must be able to transfer to the ride with assistance from another member of their party. Attraction Attendants may not assist.
• Riders are limited to 1 (one) rider per horse seat. Double riders is NOT allowed.
• NO sitting side saddled.
• All riders are required to have shoes, a shirt, and be dry to ride this ride.
• Riders should take no action that endangers themselves or other guests.
• All spectators and riders assume all inherent risks while participating.
• A ticket is required to enter this attraction and queue area. 
• Non-ticketed guests are NOT permitted in the attraction and queue area.
• No camera or phone usage may take place during the ride or loading process.
• Guests must follow all announcements by the venue attendants and the directions of venue staff. Instructions and directives must be obeyed at all times during the queuing, loading, operating, and exiting process.
• While waiting in the queue, riders should keep all hands, feet, and personal items outside of the fence and away from the moving ride for the safety of themselves and other riders.
• All riders are considered individual. Parties will be split up to fill unoccupied seats.
• All riders must keep all arms and legs inside the ride while holding onto the pole or seat at all times.
• Riders MUST stay seated until the end of the ride, the carousel is completely stopped, and until the staff has instructed them to exit the ride.
• At the termination of the ride, all riders should exit when instructed by an attendant.
• Ticket sales end 15 minutes prior to posted closing time
• Tickets are non-refundable but exchangeable up to 72 hours prior to event date, by replying to confirmation email. Additional fees for parking and taxes are not included in admission and charges will apply. Optional ticket insurance is available.
