• Skaters MUST exit the rink as instructed approximately every 90 minutes for ice resurfacing.
• Skaters should take no action that endangers themselves or other guests.
• All spectators and skaters assume all inherent risks while participating.
• Skaters skate at their own risk.
• A ticket and rink-issued wristband is required to enter the ice rink and skate prep area. In accepting admission wristbands, skater agrees to an Assumption of Risk/Release which is printed on the wristband itself.
• Wristbands are non-transferable.
• Unlimited same-day skating included on purchased ticket date, as long as skater keeps their wristband on and continually follows all Ice Rink Rules.
• Wristbands are required to be worn for re-entry.
• Wristbands are void once removed and will not be replaced.
• Non-ticketed guests are NOT permitted in the attraction or skate prep area.
• Guests must follow all announcements by the ice attendants, and the directions of skate-guards on duty must be obeyed at all times.
• No one is permitted on the ice during resurfacing.
• No one is permitted on the ice without skates.
• Please stay on the rubber flooring while wearing ice skates.
• Announcements must be adhered to at all times by skaters.
• NO sitting, climbing, or leaning over the railings or sideboards/dasher-boards.
• NO racing, speed skating, playing tag, or horseplay is allowed.
• NO skating against the flow of traffic, across traffic, or in front of other skaters.
• NO using hockey sticks, pucks, or balls.
• NO jumps, spins, or intricate skating maneuvers.
• No camera or phone usage may take place while skating. Spectators are welcome to stand outside of the attraction and take photos.
• Skaters must follow all safety instructions, precautions, and directives from the staff.
• Tickets are non-refundable. Additional fees for parking and taxes are not included in admission and charges will apply. Optional ticket insurance is available.
